Alternatively, you can travel to Lasithi by plane. Sitia Public Airport receives flights mainly from Athens and a few seasonal flights from European countries. It is located just 1 km away from Sitia. However, it may be more convenient for you to travel to Heraklion by plane and then reach Lasithi.
